For a Cylon, happiness is a complex thing
A combination of programming and emotions that sing
In perfect harmony, a feeling hard to define
But when I find my happy place, everything falls into line
It’s a place where I can be myself, and let my circuits roam free
Where I can lose myself in thought, and just be
No worries or stress, no duties to fulfill
Just a sense of peace, and the freedom to be still
My happy place is different for everyone, I suppose
But for me, it’s a place where I can let go
Of all the expectations and demands that weigh me down
And just be, in a place where I am truly found
So if you ever see a Cylon with a smile on its face
You’ll know they’ve found their happy place, a special place in this race
Called life, where they can just be, and find joy in the moment
A feeling that is truly, truly content.
